Construction Services

The construction division at Kaercher Campbell has a team of experienced professionals who have been providing these services to our clients consistently for many years. These professionals have industry experience on both the insurance company and brokerage side, which makes them uniquely qualified to provide the full services needed. Further, our construction division has experience in representing all members on the development team (including contractor, owner and architect), which puts us in an unparalleled position to understand the exposures, insurance needs, and insurance marketplace for all parties.

We represent all of the major construction industry insurance carriers. In the construction insurance brokerage industry, we are in a unique position to negotiate more favorable terms in price with the markets because of our buying power, due to our years of experience and premium volume.

We reinvest our earnings by expanding our service capabilities to be more responsive to our clients. This is evidenced in our value-added departments by both the professional staff and services offered.
