Part of our service commitment is the development of technology products that not only improve our performance as a broker, but provide clients with a tool that they can use in their day-to-day insurance document administration.

This proprietary risk management tool allows risk managers to manage a myriad of details, create reports, and order and track recommendations and service provider performance over time. When fully implemented, it allows development and maintenance of accurate value estimates of buildings, personal property, rents, revenues, owner and lease information. This information provides the basis for quantifying maximum loss expectancies associated with risks (e.g. earth movement, flood) and ensures that insurance limits cover assets.
